About Kimber Leigh Whyte

Life doesn’t happen within the restrictions of four walls and office hours. An attorney shouldn’t be confined by such time and space restrictions either. I answer my own phone, read my own emails, and maintain my own appointment calendar. Your fees pay for advice, education, and answers; not for marble, mahogany and shelves full of legal books that were out-of-date the moment they were printed. We will meet at a time and place that is convenient for you. Most importantly, I don’t believe that being a lawyer requires me to write or speak in archaic English or hide the plain truth beneath layers of complexity. I work with my clients with the heart of a teacher and make sure that you understand why I recommend any particular option.

Kimber Leigh Whyte, Esq.

I have lived in Indianapolis since 2001, having landed here after a circuitous route through six other states and England. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. After my first career in software programming and marketing, I earned my law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, graduating with honors. I have years of experience working for multinational companies and have helped found three successful startup businesses.

I am proud to serve on the Board of Deacons at Second Presbyterian Church and actively participate in the Indianapolis Great Banquet community.
